By booking with Dream Stage Homes, you agree to the following:

Payment: 50% deposit required to secure booking. Balance due 7 days before installation.
Hire period: Standard hire is 6 weeks. Extensions available at extra cost.
Furniture Care: All items remain the property of Dream Stage Homes. Clients are responsible for loss or damage during hire.
Access: Property must be clean, safe, and accessible for delivery and collection.
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of installation.
Photography: We may use photos of styled properties for marketing unless agreed otherwise.
Liability: We are not responsible for theft, natural disasters, or pre-existing property damage.
