Terms & Conditions.

By booking with Dream Stage Homes, you agree to the following:

  • Payment: 100% payment required to secure booking, No work will be scheduled or confirmed until full payment has been received.

  • Hire period: Standard hire period is 6 weeks from the installation date. Extensions are available upon request and will incur additional charges.

  • Furniture Care: All furniture and styling items remain the property of Dream Stage Homes at all times. The client is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to items during the hire period and will be charged accordingly.

  • Access: The property must be clean, safe, and accessible at the time of installation and collection. Dream Stage Homes reserves the right to refuse installation or apply additional charges if the property is not in suitable condition.

  • Cancellations: All payments made to Dream Stage Homes are strictly non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed. By securing a booking, the client acknowledges that Dream Stage Homes allocates time, resources, and availability, and may decline other bookings.

    In the event of cancellation, no refunds will be provided for change of mind, delays, or client-related circumstances. Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

  • Photography: Dream Stage Homes reserves the right to photograph styled properties and use the images for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Liability: Dream Stage Homes is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the property, nor for loss or damage caused by theft, fire, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Extensions & Late Vacate: If furniture remains in the property beyond the agreed hire period, additional weekly hire fees will apply until collection is completed.
